The room was not only heated, but brand-new too, and had a mini bar, a coffeemaker, and a storage space. The breakfast was generous: scrambled eggs and croissants were nice. This hotel was located in a very central area just next door to port habour, tram routes and the main centre.
The staff were not very helpful, didn't expect that coming.

The hotel was fairly clean, gorgeous, had pleasant and consistently courteous staff on the reception desk. I greatly enjoyed the chic-style building and neat and silent room with comfortable bed. The location was great, just a short walk away from West Harbour. Also was near restaurants and pubs...

beds are exceptional. In our case, room was shared for three people, being very spacious and with many amenities. bathroom was divided in two different rooms, being in one of them the toilet and a washbasin and in the other one the shower and another washbasin. breakfast was quality and well equipped. Excellent communication both from the port (in case you arrive or leave by ferry), to the centre thanks to the fact that it has tram stops just a few metres away (several lines and two different stops, one at the door and other 50 metres away.
Minimal things, the truth, such as for example that there was no Spanish channel on TV (what less than the international channel of TVE), although it is an endemic problem throughout northern Europe, and that in our case at least, the room faced a pedestrian area in front of another block and you could not open the curtains because you saw the neighbors across the street.

Loved the superior room, everything was very comfortable; I have to admit it could be cleaner (they obviously did not clean under the bed); the breakfast was awesome (smoothies, pancakes, severeal breads, warm food and and and); stuff was friendly; location is unbeatable if you want to go to Tallinn with Eckeroe Line oder Tallink - just a ten minute walk; 15 min to walk to the city center
Everything was find, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Really good Breakfast and Comfortable Family Rooms
We loved the spacious family room overlooking the water. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety of delicious options including freshly baked pastries and smoked fish. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. The dinner atmosphere was slightly disrupted by preparations for breakfast service, which could be improved.

Possibility of using WiFi internet in the room and sauna, which helped to recover. Rational room design, all possibly needed things were in the room: iron, etc.
